I dont think that is cute or funny at all. I think the dog may have something medically wrong which I find disturbing since the animal may be suffering. Inbreeding in dogs is quite bad these days - did you know that king charles spaniel has been bred to have a skull too small for its brain which leads to a severely painful neuronal condition which can only be treated with pain relief.
