A razor blade can and will scratch your glass if you catch an edge. Go get yourselft some Goo Gone, or Goof Off to remove adhesive residue. Also, you may used light steel wool and soapy water to remove the outlines of stickers and decals, also if you have hard water stains on the glass.
Hi, I have some lettering on the back window of the car. They took some of it off, but I guess what is left is like residue or like the shadow form the lettering.......will this remove that?

I read below you shouldn't use a razor on the paint, so what should you use? I haven't seen anything online. People say to use certain things but yours was an actual example that it can remove tough stuff.
