This doesn't work, to do this on iOs4, you will need to flash your baseband. Be aware that you will not be able to restore with itunes after doing this, and you will need to restore on a custom firmware from now on. there is a way to downgrade your baseband once flashed, but I highly reccomend not doing it. Using Redsn0w 9.6b5, you will have the option to use "ipad baseband" This will successfully flash your baseband after jailbreak, and you will b able to unlock with ultrasn0w on ios4. :)

I unlocked, flashing my bb to 6.15.00, and i knew that i wouldn't be able to restore on itunes. if you are having trouble, READ THIS:

no matter what, downgrade or upgrade to 4.1 firmware manually (shift restore on itunes) after you will get the error 1013, or something, because you have flashed your bb. You will now need a program called TinyUmbrella, once in it, after getting the error and on the "plug into itunes" screen, use TinyUmbrella to kick out of recovery. Now on 4.1, working device

Calm down. First of all did you make sure that your baseband matches with what Ultrasn0w can do?

If its 5.14.02 you cannot. Luckily recently if you check Dev Teams site they made a way so people with that baseband can!
