  • @farza786

    Hi Farzana!

You can also make bajra(millet) rotis, corn rotis if you are looking for gluten free recipes. Enjoy!

  • @sreyaadmires

    Hi

    Thanx and enjoy!

  • Thank you for this video. May I ask why does Roti have to puff up?What does this puffing up do...does it cook the inside with the steam in the middle?Thank you kindly.

  • @LovedByMeBeautifully

    Hi

Yes, sort of. But if it doesn't puff up, it is not necessary that all your rotis will rise. But I prefer mine always puffed. Enjoy!

  • @LovedByMeBeautifully I'm no chef but I think it just fully separates the top and bottom so that it is like pita bread. Then you could cut it in half and fill the pocket with something yummy and eat it like a sandwich. I'm not sure if it stays soft enough to do that but it looks like it might work.

  • @string11

    Absolutely right...enjoy!

  • @HappinessStarz

    Hi

You most welcome. This comment makes me feel so good. Keep enjoying.

  • Two kisses for this awesome gluten free recipe! I love Indian food, but can't eat wheat flour often. Thank you for the yummy alternatives to roti, chapatis, and naan:)

can u show us how to cook papads on an electric stove? Where can i get that rack from this video?

  • @ItVeganAtGenesis

    Hi

Thanx for kisses....There is another recipe of Bajra(Millete) flour roti and it is glueten free.

If you want to roast your papad on electric stove, you need rack like one I showed in video and can be bought from Indian grocers or simply try to find something like that from supermarket such as cooling racks etc...

  • @SuperVeggieDelight Thanks so much!

  • @ItVeganAtGenesis

    Hi

    You most welcome. Enjoy!
