You know, the last place I tend to go for a proper tutorial is expertvillage / ehow because they suck. The chairs have harsh shadows for goodness sake. :(
I find regular youtubers often give more examples, better teaching and more indepth knowledge.
the shadow comment is embarassing. The picture is just pretty professional. I would expect some tips on the light misuration. Btw, Is there a way to view other vids about interior shooting?

Supplement a few off camera flashes and you will be playing video games not photoshop...just a thought

no strobes necessary. tripod + bracketing different exposures + good post process work will get you top range results.
