I don't know if it's the piano, the sound of the video or you, but there were missing a lot of notes, maybe because of stress or not sudying it slow, I played it like this a while ago, and Now I'm really trying to get all the notes at slow speed, and later I'll pick up the tempo.

I also try to make it a real waltz, not a speedtrain that wants to be at the end when it has just started.

It isn't the one minute waltz. It's the minute waltz, pronounced MY-noot waltz because Chopin's publisher meant it to be small. Your teacher played it wonderfully, especially because most people incorrectly assume that it's meant to be played in one minute, which is much too fast! Excellent work!
