do yuou have to laugh in the background your ruining the show for me thanks i know its a deleting scene but that doesnt mean beavis and buthead need to laugh in the background.

It's an improvisational scene where the actors were given a scene and just ad libbed most of the dialog while the camera was rolling to see if they got a scene better than the original plan. The laughing in the background is probably only one of the reasons it didn't appear in the movie, but crews often let the scenes roll while the actors have fun with it.
