What makes you say that? Actually Arabs treat some animals, for example horses, much better than many Western people who sell them to the meat market once they get old. The Arabian horses for example, are considered a divine gift.

The robots have replaced small children smuggled from poor nations like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka etc. These sheikhs would tie up small children to the backs of camels and let the camels loose. The children would get scared and start crying and yelling, which in turn would excite the camel and the camel would run faster. Many times the children would end up dying.

...No, it's a remote controlled whip!!! They require a guy to signal the device with the walkie-talkie. A real robot would be making decisions on its own.
