@pratty8652 I was thinking that. I don't understand how the tornement operators didn't see that? But saying that one god armies still ruin things so easily. I wish daemons were banned from tornys
They probably shouldnt have let daemons play at all in a "fluffycon" style tournament. Even the fluffiest and weakest daemon list spits on other armies.
My first game ever happened to be me as skaven vs demons, i was completly destroyed i think i managed to only kill 1 unit and bring another 1 down to half health mainly thanks to my grey seer and his plague. Anyone got any tips for a poor skaven player vs demons/lizardman/he with star dragons please send me a message as i face these guys regularly at my club with my fluffy built army.
Sure. In seventh edition the description of inmune to psichology changed to "inmune to fear, panic and terror". TK are no longer inmune to frenzy or estupidity.
The Bloodletters should be charged in the flank by your big chariot unit, obviously need magic to pull it off but it is your best hope. If you had to charge frontally then I would left out the heavy cavalry and other scorpion and gone with the chariots alone - again maximising your frontage to get more impact hits. Scorp and heavy cavalry move around to either get a flank on the fleshhounds or the bloodletters' other flank. Of course all hypothetical!
Vaul great videos - really enjoyable. One thing on this situation you did have a chance my move would have been to charge fiend with carrion and the left chariot unit giving you 3 chariot impact hits on that enemy. The scrop shoul dbe used to block the fleshhounds from flank charging if your guys do not kill the fiend. Chariots are all about impact hits!
Yes, because Bloodletters all have hatred, killing blow, WS5, S5, I4-5, unbreakable, ItP, They usually take no penalty from losing combat if any, and all have a 5+ ward save. They're 12 points and a troop choice. That's overpowered for you.
Ah, well, what can you do. It takes luck and skill to be able to tie demons, and if you lack one, then there's no way you can win.
These fluffy tournaments in many ways make the demons more powerful. Their core choices are all 12 pts each and get killing blow/hatred, ASF/armor piercing, and all have two attacks each for the most part.
I agree. If you pick up a dice that shows a 6 and just flip it over the spot you picked it up.... it's more likely to roll a 6. That kind of stuff is pretty much cheating.
Iam pretty new, so what does "fluffy" mean???
Beast0boy1 1 year ago
@Beast0boy1
Fluffy stands for gentle, soft. In the Warhammer world, a fluffy army is mostly for fun and often rather weak.
Come2MeCaroline 1 year ago
@Beast0boy1 a fluff list is one that follows the backstory of an army, not always a weak list but usually a little less effective

Deamons are rough, I can't imagine not being able to throw everything my Skaven can muster them in a "fluffy" style.

A fluffy daemon list is like a single god list, he has units from everything cept nurgle not fluffly

Ever played a Tzeench only list? It rapes you in the face, through the entire body and out your asshole.

Daemons are gay. They're the most overpowered army in the game. His conversions were cool though.

Wait, wait..... you charged his bloodletters with 3 units and he won the combat??
Oh wow. That's one powerful army you faced there.

For a lot of armies, its a challenge to put together a challenging list. For Daemons, its a challenge to put together a friendly list.
Tough luck, Vaul. Great job on the tourney so far, though.

its seems as if your having problems with dice when i play with dice a do a slight flick of the wrist and always get good numbers your try :)
blazingyeeha 3 years ago
You mean throwing the dice with backspin? Yeh, well, you're supposed to roll it straight.

aslong as the dice rolls when it lands it does not matter. and aslong as its allowed its only cheap, not cheating :)

This will be impossible because I am too busy playing to film. Maybe one day when I have enough organisation or someone else filming for me.
