He has since sued them (hence the song Had Enough) because he helped write the songs. Whether he is right or wrong is irrelevant because he was and still is an AMAZING drummer. But hey, Chad Szeliga is a fricken genius behind that kit too. Not a bad replacement. Two of the top drummers in my opinion.
