After seeing that terrible movie the only way to recover was to watch again the first 110 dragonball episodes. Doing so, also reminded me some details I had forgotten over the years. That is Picollo was untrapped by Pilaf, Mi and the other guy. That explains how Mi appears to be with Picollo in the movie. See episode 102 for more details
