  • You are an amazing nurse! I'm so impressed with your other videos-you know your stuff and you demonstrate superb critical thinking skills! I still can't believe you're a "new" nurse. You would make an awesome clinical instructor - I hope that one day you do - your students would be very blessed to have such a caring, positive, instructor! I'm proud of you for not engaging in bully behaviour - you're way above that.

  • @akwongbeauty You're too kind, thank you for the kind words. And a double thank you for watching : )

  • @dirty1064 Can you rewrite your message in fill sentences? I can't read it. Thank you.

  • Your videos are always inspiring that can always give me that boost that I am looking for right now as a nursing student... Could u please move to Canada and be my co-assigned nurse? I would love to come to clinical if all the nurses would be just like u, positive, energetic and always smiling of course =) God bless you and keep posting more videos! We're loving it!!!

  • @CastilloOoO1985 You're the best, haha! I would LOVE to visit Canada. Nursing is the best thing in the world, I glad you have a passion for it as well. Your patient will love you for that.

  • This is random but you would be such a great nurse educator

  • @Sakura71390 Well thank you, you're too sweet!

  • i usually sit in my car in cry!.....but i would rather work with male nurses any day, because they have less "attitude problems..just my experience..

  • @tonkalonk78 Hey, us females are emotional haha! Can't blame you.

  • @tonkalonk78 *and cry*

  • "sit in the corner in the fetal position and cry" lol!!

  • @NikkiRNified haha, maybe crying Indian style from time to time : )

  • I agree. One of the best things is to have a student come in who is prepared for the day. They have their care plans, meds, and questions prepared. I enjoy teaching those who want to learn!

  • @NurseStephen Amen, preach brother haha!

  • Do hospitals care about what school you graduate from upon hire?

  • @88phiphi I assume so, if your school isn't accredited or has state board issues... it could be problem.

  • Hi, Nacole! I was just wondering how does one go about preparing, thus doing a Nursing Care Plan?

  • @Flowatyk You have to read up on how to produce one from a nursing fundamental or nursing foundations textbook. Every nurse upon seeing a patient makes "mental" nursing plans for each patient. The formal way, which we all learn in nursing school is found in those textbooks.

  • This was a very informative video, thank you. It is just what I wanted to know about the work environment. Oh, and I love your necklace, very pretty.

  • @cherrycherie2003 Double, thank yous and another thank you watching : )

  • Great video, I'm jealous of the students who get to follow you. What are some things that students do that bug you? What makes a student stand out to you?

  • @vgboillot Students only bug me when they come unprepared, I LOVE students. Students stand out when they come prepared and have a nursing care plan for the patient BEFOREhand : )
