To everyone saying it was a charge, go look at the NBA rules. Being outside of the restricted circle doesn't matter if the defender is still moving (which you can clearly see that Nash hadn't set his feet) at the time the offensive player leaves the floor. Defensive foul - Blocking - Basket counts
