To cut his throat u need to hogtie him... Then get your regular knife...then crouch next to your hogtied victim...aim...and then slice him...for stealth kill u need the regular knife...stand behind a person...aim and knife and it will slice their throat

@Bigboss131000 yeah, in normal combat or just with random passersby if you walk right up to em & fire it'll go into a cinematic, depending on what weapon class you got..for your revolver he'll blast them through center mass, rifles/shotguns he'll put it at the base of their head/under their jaw and let 'er rip, & for knives he'll pull a naked snake throat slit. there is a sweet spot to be standing, keep in mind, get too close with any weapon (sans knife) & he'll just pistol whip the victim.

I try to do that on the first day I played the game when I hogtied 3 bad guys who hogtie a woman or man I forgot what gender the victim is but he or she was being dragged by one of them on a horse through the Armadillo town and then they went away from the town and the towns people were screaming and running like crazy so I caught up with them by shooting down their horses and try to knife them crouching but couldn't so now I know how to do it thanks to you so thank you Str8SMF
