The Dem Party splits & The Republican Party stays about the same but loses some members who are not bat shit crazy...This would be the 3 parties...

I have heard nothing about Sotomayor's 17yr long Judicial record only references to past confirmation hearings and a quote taken out of context by Sotomayor.

However, this should not be a shock as we all know the Republicans are "intellectually bankrupt" and politically suicidal...Not only has the GOP failed to see that America is changing many have forgot Latinos are the fastest growing voting block in the US.
