The easiest way is to switch vehicles if a better one spawns nearby. I had a comet, my personal favorite, right down the road and it was easy from that point on.

Learn the course and practice. The main tip I can give is, you have to run Hilary off the road... and finish the course before he does.

used to let a cheetah near the police station and then switch the cars. usually I catch up with hillary near the ammunation and then just careful driving. knowing where cops tend to pop up also helps. :)

Why are you bothering.Just edit handeling data file,and change Sentiniel speed to 200 and acceleration to 60 and its possible.Doesn't mean that if its original that is better.

The worst thing about this mission is that it doesn't even make sense. Hillary is supposed to be the best driver around, that's why Tommy wants him. So why would Tommy have to race him first? If he only works for people that can beat him, he's obviously NOT the best driver. If you hire a plumber, you also don't have to prove to him that you're better at plumbing than he is, because if you were, you wouldn't need him.

Actually i found I'd keep up with him then i'd work him into the 1st big building he'll be stuck they're for the longest time. You can get lots of time as he will be stuck they're for awhile.

I thought I was gonna give up on the first try because it eas so hard but then I decided to come here, so I watched the vid twice, I went back to the game, kept aan eye on my radar and finally and luckly I got it on second try thank god, but frig, it was hard! A cop car rammed hilary toward ocean beach and against a building, that gave me a good chance, I guess there is an advantage with the VCPD! LOL! THNX MAN!!!
