I didn't understand if they had lowered the key of the song (actually I am too lazy to think about that now), but if you did, the girl must be comfortable in her vocal range and then she could sing more powerfully. it's not only about singing, but interpretating and feeling the song as well. This song is about a powerful queen! You can't sing with a weak voice. Maybe try to attend some singing lessons or continue with them!
