As for titles, I am not here to defend them but, there is no question about the legitimacy of the title, as recognized by international protocol. And if it helps raise money for sick children then it is a good thing.

The tragedy for the indigent, sick children of Iran is some of us can't get off titles and get on with the moral imperative of helping them.

As I mentioned before...if titles help raise money & they are legitimate...then they are a good thing.
