  • a girl at my gym does the 3rd one :)

  • the one at :17 us freerunners do it outside alot..just not a double..haha

  • that trick is used alot in free running

  • This one is better: /watch?v=dXwDNTSApzw&feature=feedu

  • i thought the title said rarely or never used discounts. lol

  • there is a code? gay way to make a cool sport where you can be original into some shit rulebook thing

  • @MegaMrBeautiful how would the sport be judged then? you can submit original skills to be put in the code anyways...

  • @MegaMrBeautiful Uh, pretty much every sport or contest that is judged in some has a "code" or set of rules delineating points .....can you name me one sport that doesn't?

  • Totally boring!!!! :(

  • and i was wondering if anyone knew of a realse from hight bar to low bar that could 'make up' for rthat bail that it easy to get....im a level nine at Arizona Dynamics Gymnastics in arizona this is my first and only year of level nine and i know its kind of a big jump from 8 to 9....ANY ADVISE!!!!!!!!!

  • @AWESOMEWEIRDFREAK why dont you try a straddle back or a pac salto.. the straddle back would be easier

  • dear ANYONE, season starts in jan. My coach and i had tried bails before but mine are VERY bad...i dont understand or can get my body to turn one hand at a time...so then we tried uphills and i was VERY good at those(i got it up to a kip cast then we stopped there). but then we had to stop training them about the end of last week...because she found out that i need one reaslease from high bar to low bar then back.....im training bails again and im very stressed and i wont go for them... look up!

  • AWEZUM

  • wtf is the "code"???

  • @monkey298 F.I.G. code of points tells you all the skills and there values

  • The last one was scary!!! I don't want to see what happens if the gymnasts stays too long on the bar!

  • Gymnastic code? Man fuck that shit, if you can do it then do it. Aww people with your unorthodox skillz, brah.

  • The Second Dismount is rather common in parkour known as a "fly away"

  • @Reflex19841 nah man fly away is just lache gainer. i have seen that tho ur right erik mukhametshin does it but only single and if anyone in freerun was gna double it it would be him. tomayo is a beast

  • @Reflex19841 Except he doubles it ;)

  • the first one was done at the 2000 Olympics by a spanish girl!

  • What's the 5th dismount called?

  • OMG!!! i <3 Charlie Tamayo! hes my FAVORITE

male gymnast he can do flips like its no one's chiz

  • The third one was performed by lia parolari in 2008.

  • What is up with that girl with the green leo on?! What in the world is that called?

  • How hard is that last one? See, I had a fly away over a year ago, but in one practice I became terrified of it. Right now I just do a stupid underswing with a full twist, and I'm trying to find something else to work on this summer. Do you know of any other dismounts that could replace a flyaway? I'm pretty good at underswings so maybe something involving that?

  • @BexzBlondie17 I was doing the same thing, terrified of flyaways so I did a underswing with a full twist and hated it. My coach taught me a reverse flyaway. They're pretty scary the first time, but easy once you get the hang of it. Their's even a really cool way to do it out of giants. If you've never heard of a reverse flyaway, (I hadn't) you have to turn around on the bar so you're back's facing the dimount mat, swing out, let go, and do a front flip.:) Ask your coach about this.

  • The fourth looks rather like Karin Janz's UPB dismount from the early 1970's--

  • that last one was cool

  • what do you mean by code ???

  • @vipercheer234

that means the FIG gymnastics code of points.

You can download that off the internet just search "FIG code of points" it shows lots of the elements or moves and the scores for them.

  • If you like these, you should look at more freerunning videos dude. Alot of my mates do this but on scaffolding or goalposts mainly.

Nice video though, some of them do look pretty swish :)

  • Charlie Tamayo ... what a beast xD

  • the last one isn't in the code, although if she did the salto forward rather than backwards,it would be a B skill

  • Is Charlie's first one in the code?

  • are you in love with Charlie Tamayo or sth?

not that he isn't good, but it's charlie this, and charlie that?

  • @ThEwOuTeR i think it's because a)he is a very good gymnast and b)charlie spent a lot of time helping at Woodward, so they had a lot of access to him!

  • i compete a double lay over the bar

  • I'm not a gymnast, but I am a freerunnner, I've done a seen many other do the double cast flip before. The double cast is what we call it, in case you don't know what I'm talking about it's at 0:19

  • whats the skill value of the first one?

  • the 4th one was commonly used back in the 70s

  • lmfao xD this was entertaining and coool :)

  • the last one is a sole circle to back tuck. love the vids

  • Comment removed

  • i see the first 1 alot at my gym

  • Which team was the 4th?

  • charles tamayo is so cool!! he can do pretty much every cool tumbling skill and can have a shot at anything... with a lot of the other dismounts it is easy to tell why no one does them though

  • I´ve seen the 4th with frip to in gymnastics montage =)

  • The 3rd is called Straumann. It's from men highbar

  • i liked the last one and the gymnast executed well too!

  • i like the first one the best

  • @KelcNoelle

Has anyone really been far as decided to use even go want to do look more like?

  • there awesome dismounts,

never would of thought of them

  • thank for sharing no one cares kelcnoelle

  • the last one is in the code lol i tried doing that before for my my dismount it was fun but i got lostt

  • 2nd to last one was cool!

  • hi i live in the uk whats open gym

is it where you get to learn wat you want coz i would love that

  • open gym is where you go to a gym and just do what ever you want to for the designated time!

  • i worked that tsuk dismount off bars but i did a tuck full. i never competed it but i had it pretty good :)

  • haha funny you put this on.... but yes i believe it should be because i have seen a gymnast do it in olympics b4 the sole circle to flyaway.... i had thought the other daay as to do it.... Is it difficult ??? im not sure if its in code though :)

  • aint exactly a gymnast but i think they'd be hard to land and you gotta keep your feet still at the end so i think thats why there rarely used :) x

  • Thats great

    i want to do that

  • the last 1 iz my gymn i think iz it OT

  • I saw this and I can officially do that last one. I just wanted to try but its not in the code :(

  • Really? I love to see video of you doing it, how long did it take you to learn?

  • like a week I got bored during open gym and decided to try it on the pit bar then I moved it to the low bar. I will see if I can get my coach to film me sometime

  • cool, good going

  • is there anything charlie tamayo cant do?

  • The last one was like Mukhina's dismount only from a toe circle instead of a clear hip circle.

  • what is "the code"?

  • The "code" is all of the rules in gymnastics. It says what skills you can or cannot do. If a skill is not in the code you will not get credit for doing it. If you perform an original skill that is not in the code in an international competition you might be able to get it named after you. Then it will be in the code.

  • the fifth was insane

  • I'm pretty sure neither of Tamayo's dismounts are in the code.

  • The last one isn't in the code

  • ok I have no idea what this is about - not saying this is a bad vid, just that i have no clue about gymnastics

  • go to a gymnastics facililty on open gym then you will have a clue

  • Well, guess what i know a lot about gymnastics you can ask my gymnastics teacher Coach Rusha she is in the Olympics.

  • what r u talkin about?!?!?!?!?! he is all muscle

  • These are cool! I've seen two of them before but the other ones I had never seen! They're way cool.

  • yeah right

  • HAHHAAHHAH you cant even spell quadruple and btw i dont even think its poosible to do a quadruple layout off the high beam, obviously you know nothing about gymnastics. Nice try!

  • thats not even possible! unless the beam is 100ft high

  • The fourth dismount is ugly. It's way awkward. The last dismount is my favorite.

  • have you ever seen the 3rd one fulled??

  • I used to do it playing around but no never saw it competed. I would of crashed it if not for a pit. I could see it done and it would be cool.

  • QUESTION (srry nothing to do with your comment): are you a boy or girl? cause in a one vid you said that you were in one of the bloopers, and I was like, first i need to know if your a boy or girl to figure out which ones could be you. no intention to offend you. u never say anywhere

  • I've seen it (and judged it) at one meet that I'm having trouble remembering, but it's in the Code: Group V, box 58, D. It's called a Hayden.

  • @kaylamac104 Sam Simpson from Aus was doing it for a while. Not sure if he still competes it though.

    heres the link /watch?v=2o5N9aBrWNM&feature=related

  • realy cool moves.

  • charlie tamayo makes it loook soo eay

  • He makes everything look easy.

  • unbelievable !

  • why does it say it is unavailable

  • I do the 3rd one tucked!

  • I like the last one too. I'd love to see someone compete that!

  • i like the last one .its so cool
