The places where people say on videos "yeah this is where you get full deadra" but every single time they always have full deadra but without the helment, I'm level 30 and I don't know why this keeps happening but I really want the helm badly.. holy crap u are weak with the sword! i can kill an ogre in like 3 or 4 hits with Umbra. and the only enchantment it has is soul trap. which i find very useful:)

i also use spells, im mainly a warlock. but i like the sword

Alhambrattp is right. Also, you can only get it if you have Shivering Isles. If anyone else here still plays Oblivion, let me give you give some advice: SI (shivering isles) is a costly pack of DLC; but trust me, it's totally worth it. There is a whole main quest line, dozens of new characters, dungeons, creatures, items, etc.

Oblivion is amazing, Fable is amazing, Fable 2? Not so much...they added some great and unique features but they took out a lot of content that made the game fun, like your magic meter, and the challenge of being able to have a number of spells that add to the fun of the game instead of making your character overpowered...I don't know, I just think that they ruined Fable 2...
