My fav is Chef Falkner. I like Chiarello to win too but then there would be 2 Iron Chefs Italian...I don't think they will allow that to happen. If Falkner wins (hurray), they can invite master pastry chefs from around the world to compete with her. Now, that would be something new and interesting!

@chubbybeng I love Falkner as well! She's innovative, clever, and has a talent for both the sweet and savory aspect of things. Like you said, pastry chefs could begin approaching Kitchen Stadium and look to challenge her. Iron Chef Elisabeth Falkner has a bit of a ring to it. :P
