  • I was playing a joke roleplay and then put this song on. So far, we have gotten nothing but 6's. Not shitting you guys at all.

  • End? MORE LIKE BEST END FUCK YEAH TIME TO ROCK OUT WITH OUR COCKS OUT

  • DIVINE SKILL, FLAWLESS AND FIRM

    STRENGTH MOVES MOUNTAINS

    BLADES CUT WATER

    LIFE APPROACHES THE IMPERIAL VILLA

    TWO GREAT MEN, SHARED LIFE

    SEEEIIIBAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

  • Am I the only one who, when listening to this song, gets the urge to yell SSAAAAAABBBBBAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!! at the top of my lungs and charge at the person closest to me at the time?

    Is this weird?

  • It's a shame the only way to get this song is to get the bad ending. Anyways, this was the one bad ending that I did not regret getting.

  • @guyklc Nope its not a bad end its just and end (Pretty much a Gar end) because at the bad ends the letters "Bad End" appear and in this ending "End" appear so neither good nor bad ust Gar

  • Those fucking violins. It's only an epic song if it has violins.

  • @metaknight234 emiya doesn't, and that ost is pretty darn gar

  • shirou v.s alter saber song

    epic battle

  • @lol1143 No,thats Bad End 40,where you refuse to kill Saber and so Dark Sakura wins. This bad end happens because you didnt convince rider in fighting with you.

  • So why is Spark Liners High not the official version of how that fight went down

Because fuck, it's basically the equivalent of choosing Saber in Sakura's route

  • @lol1143 Because it's Sakura's route and not Saber's? It is unofficially an alternate Normal End though, since it just says END like all Good/Normal ends and even the Tiger Dojo calls it Heaven's Feel Saber's End. It also has the dread feel Nasu's Normal Ends tend to have.

  • @lol1143 Because it's stupid to choose Saber outside her route? Play Fate if you want to pick Saber so badly. Plus, picking Saber would be missing the point of the route: the destruction of those ideals. You get to kill them yourself.

  • In the epilogue of heaven's feel(True End) Rin says that If Shirou starts training he would be able to summon his reality marble. So after heavens feel he will be able to summon a projection-based reality marble, but it will not be UBW

  • @SkyFranx His Reality Marble should still be based around swords though since his alignment is swords. Although there's the posibility that his origin changed after his soul was reborn into a new body.

  • Evil Big Bad, I like you to meet Archer. He'll be serving you a healthy dose of pwnage today.

  • I guess I suffered a little hype-backlash when I came to this scene in my playthrough. It just didn't seem as epic as everyone made it out to be. Then I watched a video of the Realta Nua version, and had a GARgasm. It was one of the most epic things I've ever seen. Proof that music is as much a part of movies and games as the characters and such. Beautiful.

  • @umbrejoltchu - You should hear the Unlimited Codes version (though it fades a bit in comparrision with this version~)

  • @Zeithri Yeah, I heard the F/UC version first and didn't realize it came from Realta Nua (like a lot of that game's tracks, as I eventually found out). I wondered if the original sounded as awesome as the remix.

Yeah, turns out it's *even better*. I think this track alone was half the reason I imported the RN OST. Frankly, I think this even cooler than Emiya...

  • Two great men, shared life!!!

  • BEST.BAD.ENDING.EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • SSSEEEEEEIIIIIIIIIIIIIIBBBBBAAAAAAAAA!

  • Shirou knew he was gonna die anyway, so he decided to go down in an epic way

  • Shirou sadly couldn't handle the gar of this song so his brain melted

  • @OmegaChosen0 he couldnt turn Saber back to normal either.......he should have just used UNRIMITED BRADE WORKS to finish both of them off

  • @TonyBMan even with archer's arm, he still doesnt have enough mana to project the reality marble. if rin had supplied him earlier, then maybe.

  • @TheRunedExperience Actually, he couldn't create the Reality Marble anyway, since the Reality Marble he got from Archer is Archer's and not his.

  • @TheRunedExperience Actually, he was unable to use the Reality Marble the moment he threw away his ideal of being a Hero, which was the foundation and core of Archer's beliefs, and the Reality Marble portrays the heart of the user, as such the moment he threw that ideal away, he and Archer were no longer the same person, as such, despite having Archer's arm, he wasn't able to utilise Archer's reality marble, as he realised in his mind when he first removed the shroud "Archer is no longer Shirou"

  • @TonyBMan Heaven's Feel=Cannot use UBW

But then he has Nine Lives Blade Works

Also he abandoned his ideals for Sakura's sake

  • @OmegaChosen0 That's pretty much why he can't use UBW. The UBW we see came about due to Shirou's lack of self, imitation of heroes, and iron-clad desire to be a hero. The eventual conclusion was the hill of swords. However, by throwing away his ideals for another's sake, and regaining pride within himself, Shirou's world has changed, and UBW is no longer his reality marble.

  • GAR Ending

  • Considering: What's the best T-M music? EMIYA, Mighty Wind, M24, or M12+13 (version MB:AA)... hmm.... all so epic....

M24's probably my vote, but EMIYA's super GAR....

  • This song took the bad out of bad ending, and added ass, epic tear wrencing moments, and one of the best fighting sequences that we can imagine. :)

  • @SparkServant Ass ending?

  • @deadeye415

I fail... oaky so this song took the bad ending and beat the crap out of it, becoming a bad ass final moment that is followed by epic tear inducing monologue.

  • It's not a "bad" end, it's a "badass" ending.

  • This song took the "bad" out of "bad ending"

  • hard to believe that shirou couldnt kill saber alter with archers attack and THIS music playing in the backround :(

  • @TheRunedExperience Really is ass-backwards huh?

  • @TheRunedExperience He may have not killed her, but the fact is that he surpassed her, the king of knights, in a fair sword fight, and bought enought time for tohsaka to kill sakura, its not his fault that rin wasnt able to kill her sister at the end, but he let every thing arranged so rin could win, that alone makes the scene even more badass

  • @TheRunedExperience its too bad his reality marble couldnt transport them to a gurren lagann-type reality......his attacks plus this song would have given him moar energy than a thousand...nay, a trillion chris-chans

  • BAD END? with this MUSIC?

  • @ZafAlmighty Yes. Being that GAR means that falling in battle will cause manly music to play for you, manly sparks to fly from your blades, and manly words to come from your mouth.

Your only hope at reaching that level of GAR in this life is to roundhousekick Chuck Norris, become UFC Heavyweight Champion, join the SEALs and kill Osama bin Laden with the muscles in your buttcrack.

At this point, Emiya, Mighty Wind, and MBAA's KnK theme will play every time it's time for you to whup some ass.

  • @ZafAlmighty Nope, not BAD END. Just END. There's a difference.

  • Goddamn, this is possibly one of the most epic songs in Fate/Stay Night.

    Ever.

"Emiya" is the only other song I can even put on this level.

  • "Saber--!!!!!!!!!"

  • Upon listening this song, my balls dropped, I grew six-and-a-half feet tall, kicked about seven archangels into oblivion; arm-wrestled Satan into submission; slammed Cthulhu's face into eight brick walls and conquered the Tower of Babel.

Archer then gave called and said, "So, you enjoy Tuesdays like this, too?"

  • @Sizdothyx Oh god I lol'd, you win the internet.

  • @Sizdothyx Archer called you? D: Lucky, I just got a text from Berserker asking if I wanted to go wreck some shit when I listened to this song.

  • @Sizdothyx This song played before I had drinks with Lancer over the smoking ruins of civilization.

  • @Sizdothyx Only that? :D

  • The final part when Shiro destroys his mind entirely (The glass cracking completely) to project the twin falchions one more time, yet finally manages to remember Saber's name was the most badass moment of the fight.

  • Divine skills Flawless and firm

    Strength moves mountain

    Blade cuts water

    Name reach the Imperial Villa

    Two great man Share Life

    total badass moment

  • @Arleran That's a very engrishy-adaption. Here's a better one:

Spirit and technique, flawless and firm

    Our Strength cuts through mountains

    Our swords split the water

Our names reach the imperial villa

the two of us cannot hold heaven together..

    *shamelessly stolen from Type-Moon Wiki*

  • @BoneBeastKimimaro

at least that version is VN version one +_+

  • @BoneBeastKimimaro That's an awfully sad chant for Shirou to use against Saber, of all people.

Still, I like the last line of the engrish version better 'Two great men, shared life!'

  • @Asiis Not quite sure why you think it's sad. All it is is a chant that describes the life of of a swordsman. Regardless, I think the version I posted sounds much cooler, anyway. I still say "two great men share life" sounds too iffy and engrishy to be cool.

  • @BoneBeastKimimaro Well, the chant talks about two warriors fighting together. Although it could be a swordsman and his weapon, it could easily be two actual soldiers fighting together. You know, like Saber and Shirou.

I think it's sad because Shirou was talking about two great warriors fighting together... while taking down his former partner. (Sparks Liner High ending)

  • @Asiis Correction: the chant itself is about the life of a swordman. Only the last line says anything about more than one person. And the version I posted, "two of us cannot hold heaven together" continues the swordsman thing. My interpretation of the line is that the swordman fights other powerful warriors for the title of strongest, which makes sense when you consider the Budokai Tenkaichi tournament, the name literally means "one under heaven" or something like that.(Cont. in next comment)

  • @Asiis While I admit your version is somewhat more relative to F/SN than mine, I find that mine overall just sounds better as a whole.

  • It just starts off in the "same" or similar way but its after that "same" start that it becomes awesome. Did you listen to the whole thing?

  • @Xeomuz

This is barely similar to either of those, dude.... Only the first few seconds are alike.

  • EX-------

    ----CALIBAAAAAAAAAAAA

  • Strength moves mountains.

    Blade cuts water.

  • Yes, it's hard to define how epic this track is in words... !

  • the most epic track right after Emiya

  • I'm so happy this was remixed in Unlimited Codes, it's such a great track.
