Want to give yourself a heart attack,..take Ephedra with caffeine. You'll lose very little fat and what you do lose could be lost by simply walking 30 minutes a day once in awhile. When you go off Ephedra, you'll go into withdrawal. You'll also lose whatever fat loss you got from it and put fat back on like Beyonce did. This stuff is garbage. Ephedra is dangerous junk. Want to burn fat? Cut your calories slightly or go for a 30 minute walk a few times per week. You'll burn more fat then Ephedra ever will. I keep bodyfat between 9% and 11% year round. I used Ephedra years ago, it did very little except made my heart race. I know plenty of natural bodybuilders who bodyfat range between 3% -6%. None of them use Ephedra. This dietician above knows excatly what she's talking about. Use your heads for God's sake.

Ephedra is good stuff, But people abuse it,

you have to manage you're calorie intake, and lots of water, as for me oatmeal, chicken, fish, egg whites, and protein shakes I stay away from processed food , im 5'9 i was at 232, now im at 214 18' biceps best of all i dont have to do tons of cardio(which i hate)

the best part is that it is inexpensive one pill a day in most cases

epherda substance can be usefull to if is taken in a normal dosage like all "comment drug "can be overdose.

That is not totally true. Edphedra actually crippled the body from producing fat which caused weight loss. This caffiene combination call stacking only caused adversed effects in two groups. The group who was caffiene intolerant and the group who took the product more than directed which lead to many of the deaths.
