Model master water based flat black with Tamiya thinner for the wash material. I also use straight water colors in some areas. They are cheap and available at any craft store.

I have a Ttamiya 312T3 in my stash waiting to be built, I think the addition of the photo etch harness is a great idea. A truly gorgeous F1 car I may just dig mine out and build next!
