  • that is very good i am a drawler too and that tops all of my drawlings keep up the good work

  • What program/software did you use?

  • The old freddy should have been in mortal combat : (

  • @PREZILLA2009 there shouldve never been a new freddy to begin with....

  • do you use a computer mouse to do that!? how do you control it so well?!

  • oh now i see it, it's remake on left, original on right smart

  • i dont like the new freddy at all the old one rule and it allways will be

  • awesome

  • What brush setting do you use for when you sketched this out? the realistic pencil one? :) great work btw :D

  • @Wolf6334 The pencil I use Is a chalk 23 brush with shape dynamics, dual brush and airbrush settings turned on. Opacity at 100% and flow at 50% (although I vary it in intensity and size every now and then).

The texture is achieved via playing with the Dual Brush and shape dynamics settings. Let me know if this worked for you!

  • @Snowbunnygb I apprecite it, I guess that'll happen once I finish the damned thing LOL

  • i like the right side more with englund the new one looks more like voldemort.

(not only becous of your art its realy nice but i dont like the new freddy).

  • @rikcha666 LOL no problem! I know there's a lot of people that disliked the change in the new freddy. I like them both actually and each for different reasons. Robert's Freddy is fun to watch as a playful but morbid demon. his movies are cool to watch and he brings a unique light of both comedy and black humour. But Jackie's Freddy actually scares the crap out of me... he's pissed, he's mean and he IS truly violent in a more Spirit of Vengeance kinda ideal. I really liked his realistic approach

  • download link ?

  • @Refrigerardo can you upload a dowload link, so i can download the image ??

  • I love it, it's just that the Jackie Earle Haley side is a little strange looking.

  • @N46RECONXX Jackie's Freddy is weird to look at because of how realistic his scarring is to real life burned victims. His features have't really started to scarify as he died and his spirit stuck in the moment of his death. His skin is more of a melting flesh and open sores thing, while robert's is more of a Pepperoni Pizza thingy. The guy that made his original makeup openly accepted that his reference for the original makeup was in fact a pepperoni pizza. LOL

  • @N46RECONXX Jackie's Freddy is more realistic in his looks and quite more of a pissed off spirit of vengeance than the playful and morbid Englund ever was. Both DO have their own personality and I love both for their own knacks at the character.

  • @Refrigerardo Haha, not what I meant. I was trying to express it as I think JEH's face was a little strange looking in the painting. Perhaps I'm not adjusted to only half his face.

  • this does deserve more views...got any more completed?

  • @sicorange3 I do actually. go into my channel and look for the Joker speedpint I did of heath ledger as the joker. I really dig how that one ended up.

    thanks for the compliments.

  • Impressive likeness to Robert Englund! *McDreamy*

  • @n0hav0cyet16 thanks! I did tried to get both likeness as close as I could in a speedpaiting. this work has about an hour and a half in it and I still need to add some more detail to it. I hope to get something nice as end result.

  • Super

  • @linhartik100 thanks!

  • I subed

  • @1geeohfilmsinc thanks!

  • its good, but its kinda lopsided though

  • @TheLaughingAssasin I think its showing the old version of Freddy and the new one

  • @DMoore6977 Exactly. The name of the painting is Two Faces - One Evil and it's bound to become poster art where you can see both freddy actors. The glove and sweater are also different on one side and the other.

I need to finish it soon so I can start on something new. Hope you guys dig the end result.

  • @TheLaughingAssasin I think you're missing the point of the painting. look at both sides separately and you'll see why each is different.

  • Thanks a Lot Gene! from one artis to the other that is a great compliment man, thanks!

  • very cool
