  • wow @fightingdisabled you are soooooooooooooooooooooooo STUPID..... Read the documentation IDIOT, driving? but you can still record the call WOW!!!, AMAZING!!!!....LOL @ the rep. "legalities of life"....:))

  • MontrealNH is very correct.

  • Serious mental issues. What a waste of time fighting for something you are WRONG about. Get a life. And call UPS yourself

  • Oh and that part about not providing service because they do not cover every square inch of the country is also insanity.

You have got some seriously twisted views on reality sir -- maybe you should have give even one of them a chance to speak for more then 5 seconds before cutting in and being an immature individual spouting off random BS about legalities that you pulled out of your ass. :)

I could continue but I`m sure everyone else`s opinions fall on deaf ears when it comes to you.

    Cheers

  • If you are so ignorant to think that Rogers reps have the LEGAL responsibility to call UPS on YOUR BEHALF regarding YOUR BUSINESS then you seriously need a reality check. Get off your high horse and join us here down on Earth dude. Ignorant prick. I hope they sent you a letter stating they don`t want your business anymore - you`re definitely not worth it.

  • @jennyxization Yes, truth be told, Rogers does not have a legal obligation to call UPS. In fact, our policy states we CANNOT call UPS for the customer. It's the customers responsibility.

  • when they send you said replacement device it is *PLAIN AND CLEAR* on the DOCUMENTATION they send - that you wanted so badly that you have *FIFTEEN DAYS* to return the defective device or else you will be charged.

  • You are a complete and utter moron - with obscene requests.

I wish so badly that I was the rep on the other end of that telephone as I would have respectfully put you in your place.

Rogers is a wireless service provider NOT a cellular device provider - and as a courtesy to the customer they offer you a selection of devices -- also as a pure and complete *COURTESY* they offer replacement devices *KEEP IN MIND THEY ARE FREE OF CHARGE* should anything happen to your device.

  • LOL you are the bomb man. They cant even counter your arguements.
