I got a recruitment type thing in the mail from Memphis Sound after I graduated high school in 2004. This makes me wish I had been able to go. Good stuff :)
You know, Memphis Sound should TOTALLY get more props. I love you guys to death. A very Phantom-esq sound that I think you guys should get WAAAAAAAAAY more points for each year. Keep at it, you'll be one of the top 6 soon.
I still do not understand why we bent over after the double pedal Bb...Oh well, I miss standing in horn arc. I came back to a college marching band and it just...ugh. Anyway, unless your band is a top 3 BOA, then I don't wanna hear any "We're better than you" because bugleturtle is right, you're not going to sound better than us, and you're not going to look better than us.
Memphis sound is amazing, you think that BD, and Cavies, and Cadets and PR are the only good corps? No, maybe you should watch previous years of DCI before even talking. Oh yeah, and go back to your little marching band... no one cares what you have to say.
i don't care what you punks think about Memphis Sound but if you actually understood us... we freaking rocked every show we went to!!! So if you think ur band is better then stay w/ them and shut ur mouth.....

grow up.... or post a video then... can't wait to see sagging horns, missed releases.
I've worked with many high school bands, 2 of which won state in there division and I assure you, they didn't sound like this.
