Finally! The Russians show they really do have a sense of humor! If Soyuzmultfilm had made this film in the 50's or 60's it would have been beautifully animated but somber and depressing. The gay dragon is a riot and very well handled.
"Gay?" you ask? Look at the scene in part 3 in their cave with the love stones...Each has one of the dragon's heads...Draw your own conclusion......I think it's great. Pity ol' Joe Stalin couldn't see this stuff...I hope the bastard's spinning in his grave
