  • awesome song ! Bravo

  • " . . . my eyes beheld an eerie sight . . . "

  • The guy dressed up as Ygor (the Bela Lugosi role from The Ghost of Frankenstein and The Son of Frankenstein") looks quite authentic!

  • That was great despite the sound. Seeing 2 legends on stage together singing the Monster Mash was great. I just wish they would have sang John's song, Dinner With Drac, too.

  • c if they did it on youtube search !

  • classic duo

  • I think the band is standard fair. The camera and mic are up close and thus not picking up the pa and vocals well enough. I was a big fan of Zachs from his monster mash party album about 1962 with a lot of Parkway Cameo Cover spoofs Chubby Checker, Dee Dee Sharp, Dovells, Orlons, etc. I believe Dovells, and Orlons are doing the backing vocals. Producer writer guitarist from the original versions guitarist Mike Appel put it all together. I talked to Zach a few years ago but 87.? is surprising.

  • bullshit band...too loud!!! bobby pickett only needed organ& drums..not a pack of heavy bullshit guitars showing off..r.i.p. bobby..

  • Correct R.I.P Bobby

Look at these "Hard Rock Pussies"

Who do they think they are Guns n' Roses or something

  • nothing but GREATNESS!...may your song live 4 ever!... =0o

  • very cool

  • Bravo. Outstanding example for what I would love to see more on Youtube. Thank you for posting this.

  • This is probably..Mr.Pickett's

last public appearance and he's here

with another performer of "Monster Mash"

    ..Mr.John Zacherley.

  • This was great to see... Bobby Picket was such a nice guy -- He's definitely missed as we go into the Halloween season... And adding Zacherle in was just the coolest!

  • Thanks for sharing this. Its an honor to see it

  • did zacherle ever have elvira on his show

  • Every year for nine years, Pickett and Zach turnied up on New York radio's "Halloween Spooktacular," five hours of haunted hits, spooky bits and comedy hosted by Gary Theroux and Kerin McCue. In pre-taped interviews, both men discussed their careers in great detail. Pickett even hosted Gary and Kerin's "Saturday Night Special" oldies show solo one week when Theroux and mcCue were on vacation!

  • I had the great honor of being the guitar player standing between Bobby and my good friend John Zacherle during this historic performance. A night i'll never forget! Rest in peace, Bobby. The MASH will never be the same without you. Mike Gilks

  • You did a nice job on that; great lead; what band do you play with?

  • Thanks! I'm not in a band, but do session work and teach guitar. I was actually there with Zach and not the band...we did two CD's together titled "Dead Man's Ball" and "Interment For Two". Zach and Bobby really dug each other and got along great at these shows. What a magical night that was!

  • Awesome; I met Zach in Secaucus 2 yrs. ago; what a nice guy and still very sharp, as I'm sure you can attest.....let me know if you're interested in fill-in work with a band i play in in northern nj.

  • Two legends of the FAMOUS MONSTERS OF FILMLAND era! This is definitely a supergroup and I thank you for posting.

  • Awesome!

  • Incredible

  • Terrific! ;)
