Yea I agree with you. I find it funny how christians will chastise us for using magick yet they have these amazing stories like gold dust falling out of hair, oil dripping from fingers and arms growing back. Sounds like "magickal workings" to me. Believe me these are real stories that christians have told me or that have been in the media. They just say "magick" is evil cause it's outside the realm of christianity.
Yes, that's true. When you look at Christ telling us to follow in his footsteps and then walking on water, you have to believe that magick is what he was teaching.
The difference between what modern day Christians label as "magick" and "evil" is in the understandings of the individual. If the fundies and those that condemn the use of spellcraft actually understood its workings, they would either stop condemning or stop praying for things, which is a form of magick.
hey, GW hope things are going well for you. This little vid. is exactly what my mother & I have believed for years (she is 74) when wicca introduced itself to me, and I began studying, it was absolutely wonderful to share with my mother. We discovered we are not alone, nor crazy! You are absolutely right about cleansing and esp. studying (everything!). Most folks don't want to take the time required to educate themselves about spirituality . hybeerian is actually working on a vid. YEAH! ) 0 (
Hey, that's cool! I can't wait to see the vid. Yeah, education is important. I'm slowly working on a project now about education and improving cognitive functions through spiritual exercises to develop spirituality. (I hope it will be done in a couple of years at this rate...)
