Michelle Obama was supposed to curtsy when she was introduced to the queen. I don't think that ages old tradition has ever been broken. Curtsying to the Queen is the equivalent of shaking hands with the President. You just do it. Was there motive behind this? Was there motive to give her an iPod as a gift? Was it supposed to be an act of endorsing transcontinentalism, or just laziness? Either way, I am largely unimpressed by this display. It's just unprofessional, and worthy of criticism.
