Ronnie Coleman was a freak of nature. I don't think there will be anybody who will reach that size ever, he really did have everyone beat at the time.

Phil Heath has got the physique down to a science. He combines mass with incredible conditioning and perfect symmetry. Nothing outbalances anything which is an extreme rarity, I think he's got the Olympia locked down for a long time.

@hcytkr AKA carb loading. Its complex and there are 2 or 3 different techniques depending on how hard core you can put your body through. Basically its contest prep where you do low carbs to get the muscles flatter, and help to drop the last bits of fat percentage..... then you cut water to get the skin stretched tight against the muscles.....then re-carb to get the muscles pumped and full so they push out and look the best possible. You miss the timing on this and you are done at the show.

it was so crazy watching the phil heath 9 weeks out, then 9 days out, etc.
