You should check out: Kruder and Dorfmeister (my favorite probably), Thievery Corporation (Especially Mirror Conspiracy), Nightmares On Wax, Air, Royksopp (another fav of mine), Fila Brazilia, dZihan and Khamien, Blockhead, Caia, Cantoma, Evolve, St. Germain (really amazing acid jazz/chillout), Zero 7, Bluetech (a little more of an edgy electronic feel but still kinda chillout), Lemon Jelly, Blue Six (He's more deep house but still great), DJ Krush, DJ Cam, and Morcheeba.
