it's supposed to be like that... this was the original VOCALOID PV debut by Lamaze-P the original composer of the song.

Then they started making actual dances of it on MMD, and then some people imitated the "cheap cheap cheap" animation because they wanted it to be like the PV

(i dont really know what PV stands for but you should know they did that animation on purpose, why else would they use the 3d software, they can dance with it, so they obviously did it on purpose)
