I had reason 3 and rewire it to cubase 3 ,,,,now i have cubase 6 with reason 6 can't get to rewire , reason is not even is slave mode ...please help, thnks
nice vid...cracking voice!!...quick question tho, when using dr rex and you copy pattern to track it appears on the reason sequencer but not the cubase one. Do you know what exactly is the process for getting rex loops onto your cubase track via dr rex and rewire?...other than that ive nailed it ;-)
Great tutorial my man. I appreciate the breakdown. Question though, when you rewire reasons thru cubase and when its time to save your project on cubase, should you save reasons also since it's open?
hey man hi thanks for uploading, i have a problem, i use the reason with cubase 5, but one of my songs when i activiate the reason rewire by cubase, the sounds comes but disappears suddenly, why? do you know that? it a problem
great tutorial! i have one problem though: cubase won't record the drum loop from Reason, no information comes up although the sound is playing. it appears to be playing from the channel at the top (no. 4) and not from the one below, that yours is playing from! i followed all your instructions perfectly..
this is good man thanks, i got one question tho, what is the point of rewiring? what does it allow you to do? im not trying to be an ass or anything im just curious
@Egyptut There are a couple of reasons why people rewire reason or fruity loops, the main reason is that some individuals only are comfortable sequencing there drums or synths in these other programs, another is that reason does not support vst, vsti. So a lot of producers rewire into Pro-Tools, Cubase or what ever DAW you use that supports Rewire. Basically you can use these sequencers like there plug-ins inside of your DAW, it gives people another route to go when trying to create sound.
@BYUENTERTAINMENT i see i see, sorry man dont mean to annoy you with questions, but after i rewire, which preset do i set my MIDI controller to reason or cubase?
