Simple. As soon as he came on, I overheard on his radio reports of troublesome kids near the tracks.. Obviously this guy didn't look behind the truck...
No, the kids that were reported were crossing the tracks multiple times. They were also putting objects on the tracks. I was watching and taking videos of the bypassing trains on a public road.
