Now supposedly you have to go to the Dungeon at the top of the map, And kill five wolves, Though this information I have not yet confirmed, I shall be doing it right after this post.
Not yet. There's only a Korean and Taiwanese version so far. A Chinese version is going to be released sometime later this year, then they may be working on plans to get it released in Japan. I wouldn't expect an English or even a Japanese release until sometime in 2013. :X

@howt31 Just finished collecting the 7 star dragonball, You have to be level 20, And speak to the Engineer woman in Kokkara, And then accept her mission. After that, Go to the Hippo lady not to far outside of Kokkara, She will have the mission for the 7 star ball, Accept her mission, Travel to the dungeon at the very top of the map, Where all the mice are. Go through the gate, And travel to the back of that map, Defeat the five wolves, There will be a strong opponent there with them, Be careful.
