@damable442 that drummer in the video is Karriem Riggins, one of the best drummers imo at feel... he was also J Dillas drummer, they would work together on beats, Jaydee would record him and then chop them up... so it's pretty fitting that he is drumming, it's actually what makes it to my ears, and should be the same for any dillajunkie. =)

@RUNRUT Aw man, im very familiar w/ Kareem, he's sick, didnt realize it was him tho. lol...but im familiar with him and other drummers and there swing, that is what I look for more in a drummer more than anything, their swing,and riggins is pocket and licks, like many drummers which is good, but all dillas, mads, odds, petes, even I have a certain swing or lateness in there tracks for funkyness. Thats why I propose chris dave, even spanky,steve gadd, or bernard perdue, imo..you right tho.

EXCITEMENT! I know nothing about hip-hop, but I'm a jazz listener (and former amateur tenor man), and I like this piece by Miguel Atwood-Ferguson. The repeated phrases in the strings and the long crescendo remind me a lot of some minimalist music I've heard in symphony concert halls. Stay in there, Miguel!
