I don't know about your version of mobile shell, but I'm running SPB mobile shell 3 on my treo 750, and all i have do to access the now screen is hit the windows key, pretty fast and simple.
awesome review pretty informative only one suggestion too much blue= ) blue background blue phone blue interface color (which you did change later)some things were hard to see at times you just kinda get lost in the color scheme
Your making this to difficult on yourself...why don't you just set up your left or right softkey to go directly to the NOW screen...thats how I have it set up.
