  • this made me sad. what happened to all of the money that was sent to Haiti after the earthquakes? this is embarrassing that the first country to free themselves from indentured servitude is still enforcing the same virtue they abolished years ago.

  • Whats bothering me is that there is only about 40 000 views...

  • give these people some condoms and help them stop reproducing

  • @williameva

    stop talking shit

  • why do the poorest people in the world have so many children??

  • this country has official controlled by the UN?

What kind of development work has been made?

by the way. it seems nothing

    terrible.

  • I think adequate food combined with stringent birth control could go a long way in solving this problem.

  • @oringent Really? don't you think the only reason everybody else do not have that many children due to birth control.

  • 12 pitit ou coupe trop

  • lol you all are hilarious..it happens in many different countries in different forms..this video is just showing one country's situation in one form of slavery and unfairness.

  • You are incorrect in your assumptions about the ethnic make up of Haitians. You honestly need to look up their actual racial make up. You'll learn some factual information that might increase your limited brain power.

And if you're an example of the type of people that want to manage other people's affairs, then we have nothing to worry about. You're still trying to master standard American English. 1 or 2 children would be the correct statement.

  • @novembertalespinner quote Wikipedia: "90-95% of Haitians (depending on the source) are of African descent; the remaining 5–10% of the population are mostly of mixed-race background. A small percentage of the non-black population consists primarily of Caucasian/white Haitians." Furthermore: "Haiti has the highest fertility rate in the Western Hemisphere." 3.54 children/woman. You just made a complete fool out of yourself. Btw, I speak at least 4 languages more than you EPIC MORON

  • @oringent If you're using Wikipedia as a source the real dumb ass is you. By the way, how in the hell would you know what languages that I speak or anything about my educational background? Believe me, I know enough to know a pseduo intellectual when they share their knowledge.

  • @novembertalespinner Wikipedia is a legitimate source of information as most of the information is referenced. You not knowing that shows once again that you are in fact the dumb ass. Besides, you master of American English who knows a pseudo intellectual when they share their knowledge... you should also know the correct spelling of pseudo as this is apparently your domain ;-)

  • Only GIFT ECONOMY can save us all - FREE WATER, FREE LAND. FREE SPACE, FREE FOOD, FREE MINERALS... to all 6 billion people in the name of REAL HUMAN BIRTHRIGHTS! Working for FREE out of PASSION/FRIENDSHIP is motivating (look wikipedia)! The ABUNDNACE is immediate to all! PERSONAL SOVEREIGNTY too!

  • Wow stop having KIDS if YOU CAN NOT take CARE OF THEM. It is that SIMPLE. I Feel sorry for the KIDs. IT iS the PARENTS fault no one else.

  • @MrBogeda exactly , save the children castrate their parents.

  • GOD HIMSELF has responded to Haiti's cruel and viscious treatment of the beautiful children He gave them to protect. GOD HIMSELF has taken away your country, land, finances, families, homes, and living, HOW MANY MORE COUNTRIES WILL HE DESTROY BECAUSE PEOPLE REFUSE TO CARE FOR THIER VERY OWN CHILDREN ??? We shall soon see. WOE UNTO THEM WHO WILL HURT OR ALLOW SUFFERING OF THE INNOCENT AND HELPLESS!!!

  • Unfortunate that the Haitians did not have sufficient money and education when they freed themselves. If they could only have schools where the kids going to schools teach the ones at home who do not get to go. The families make so little in the American factories there that they are still working like slaves. Reads they make under a dollar an hour. Birth control methods not likely available, or affordable. Imagine they had to pay France money for their own freedom. Damn Frenchmen.

  • Haitians seem to be so backward that they can barely be called human. Like all blacks worldwide they seem incapable of caring for themselves, and must rely on the generosity of other races in order to survive. Yet Haitians, like most blacks worldwide, continue to have more and more kids that they KNOW they can't support. Also they refuse to use condoms and so have a skyrocketing AIDS problem as in Africa. And like their African kin, violent crime appears to be their only skill. Pathetic!

  • You are one of the malignant germ., Your evil white ancestors, attacked societies, especially African repeatedly, doing everything you could to destroy them.that had centuries of success, before you crawled out of your caves. I am sure with your limited right wing thinking, you are not aware that elements of the U.S. have worked diligently to keep Haiti as weak as possible, economically since that bastard Jefferson. You are seeing the results of your ancestors evil work. May you rest in hell

  • @fess1914

You jerk! My ancestors are Asian. You seem to be blind to the faults of blacks and like most of their apologists, always blame white people for all their problems.

    EXCUSES, EXCUSES!

Blacks are a big problem the world over.

Always on welfare, commit 800% more violent crimes than whites or Asians, spread more AIDS, and 80% of their kids' fathers abandon them! Do you know why there's no blacks in China? Because the Chinese don't allow parasites or criminals into their country.

  • Are you forgetting about the Dominican Republic? Did you forget they too are black? The only difference is government. Every culture has some kind of slavery, whether they call it slavery or they call it servitude ( The U.S. Calls them Migrant Workers). In the middle east the dictators there are no different than the so-called Haitian government. However, any of these governments that are communist (China). Get special treatment by other nations in an effort to turn them to Democracy.

  • Extemely ignorant.......Go to school!!!!

  • @fess1914

Get your history right. Black-on-black slavery was going on for 2000 years in Africa before the ARABS began conquering & enslaving blacks in c.650 AD. For the next 1,300 years, Arabs took millions more blacks out of Africa than Europe ever did, & when they conquered, they spread Islam. Arabs are not white!

But past hardship in Africa is no excuse for non-success today! China was enslaved by Japan in 1937 & now, only 70 yrs later they're a superpower! Same with the Jews, & others!

  • It is remarkable to me the callousness of the Asians toward blacks. I live in Ca, and the rudeness I witness daily actually gives me a reason to wonder, why did anyone ever believe that small minded individuals such as yourself were actually smart?

  • @fess1914 He is speaking the truth, you either are to ignorant, or just refuse to admit what is fact. blacks in haiti and other parts of the world breed like pigs

  • Wow to generalize like that is unfair and shows that you are a racist. In fact even in the Asian community they enslave the poor. In Indian cultures the poor are of the lower caste. What I have noticed is that media coverage of blacks, seem to only focus on the negative aspects, there are many African nations not experiencing what Haiti and some others are. The only difference is government. Every culture has some kind of slavery, whether they call it slavery or they call it servitude

  • i hope you remember those things you say in your dying days. you are the ones who cause blacks to suffer. rich or poor we will face death one day, and i hope yours is a miserable death you small dick fucker. that's what happen when you fuck your mom and sister. you want to do the same with da world. stop sleeping with your relatives. remember dat shit when you r dying. you son of a bitch

  • It's not institutions that are the problem. It's degenerate institutions meddling where they don't belong.

  • Oh! n/m, you're right about the semen.

    bbc co uk 2/hi/health/2067223 stm

LOL. Anyway, you're perfectly entitled to your beliefs in God and the morality of sex and human behavior. The problem is political. It's the Church forcing those beliefs on others.

  • Women do not get happy from semen being absorbed into their bodies, last I checked (where the hell did you get that from??). Sexual pleasure is not in the fluids, but in our brains. That's why masturbation is so much fun.

  • Einstein's God was the universe itself, completely natural and understandable without faith in the supernatural. He forcibly rejected the God of the Gospels and the Hebrew Bible.

Science is not a part of religion. The Catholic Church recognizes that, by the way.

  • The youth are fine. Sex is much healthier these days than it used to be. For instance, now that sex outside marriage is socially acceptable, men can have experimental sex with consenting partners, rather than having to go to prostitutes, as was standard from before the time of Christ until about the 1960s. (Statistics bear this out.)

And it's really quite blatant and bad casuistry to claim that China's supposedly high suicide rate has anything to do with abortion.

  • Depression and suicide are a result of condoms..? Or was it sex for pleasure? Apparently anything goes when you put Church teachings above science! (Which you're perfectly entitled to do as an individual. Not so much when you're in charge of doling out contraceptives.)

  • Ah, yes, Catholic pseudoscience.

  • solution ,neuter the fuckers.what do they expect when they have 10+ children and no job

  • Why don't you propagandists expose US-France-Canada-IMF-World Bank crimes against the people of Haiti, instead of leaving people wondering why Haiti is in this predicament?

Explain to the American people how Haiti has been continually raped by the imperialist globalists. Go ahead, I dare you too.

  • @nadoop I am so glad to see that their is a few left who knows the truth. They never talk about that, or better yet the oil and other mineral resources that they found in haiti in which the US is trying to take control

  • @nadoop Yeah blame everyone else, not Haitians (negroes) for their incompetence. How come, that Dominican Republic have much better living conditions?

  • @MrDubja I'm not "blaming everyone else," I'm simply stating the facts. You and your kind are devoid of critical thinking skills, which is why you compensate with stupidity. Why does the DR have better living conditions? Well, you should consider asking all those Dominican boatpeople who recently fled their "paradise" to work as slaves in Cuba and Puerto Rico.

    CONTINUED.

  • @MrDubja The DR is 80 percent tourism, an industry that is owned and controlled by foreigners, while the vast majority of the people work as servants in their own damn country. The so-called free trade zones in the country is another scam, especially CAFTA-DR, which is similar to the NAFTA.

Haiti, on the other hand, has repeatedly resisted the effort to turn the country into some resort for foreigners, and this is why the country has been under attack. Go read a fucking book.

  • @nadoop Yeah, allways is somebody else guilty, not them. USA flooded millions into Haitian infrastructure, again, they can't create sustainable living conditions. Go, check reality. North Korea is isolated, and still are not hellhole like Haiti.

  • @MrDubja I did expect you to ignore the facts and resort to the typical ignorant and childish comments. You lack the basic critical thinking skills to formulate an opinion based on evidence and facts, I know. Poor you.

  • @nadoop Nice try negress. Fact is, they are irresponsible and incompetent people. They have also child slaves. No matter how many aid and money is poured there, it will still be hellhole.

  • @MrDubja You're just stupidly and blissfully ignorant. The so-called child slavery that exists in Haiti is a byproduct of man-made poverty - rural mothers who are too poor to take care of their children and therefore send them off to work as domestics in the cities. Some are abused and some are not. This practice, albeit unfortunate, is also highly prevalent in the Dominican Republic and mainly all over Latin America, and way more prevalent in Asia than it is in Latin America.

  • @MrDubja By the way, why don't you bitch about US corporations that hire children as young as three years old to work in sweatshops, for example, Nike, Apple, Gap, Walmart. And why don't you bitch about the millions of poor people in Africa, Latin America, and Eastern Europe who migrate to this country after being granted visa just to work as slaves for politicians, diplomats, and other elitist scum?

  • @nadoop "why don't you bitch about US corporations that hire children as young as three years old to work in sweatshops, for example, Nike, Apple, Gap, Walmart."

This is Chinese, Vietnam government problem, because they are responsible for their people. They are letting US corporations for exploitation of their people. Btw. Chinese government allow child labour, which is forbidden in white countries.

  • @MrDubja That is not the point - the point, is that Haiti is not the only country that perpetuates child labor. The US does it as well, which means look in your own backyard before you start criticizing others.

  • @nadoop "millions of poor people in Africa, Latin America, and Eastern Europe who migrate to this country after being granted visa just to work as slaves for politicians, diplomats, and other elitist scum?"

Nobody is forcing them to come into America.

  • @MrDubja No one is forcing them, that is correct, but the US takes part of it, which means you are no better than those that you aim to criticize.

  • @MrDubja By the way, you are in denial. You know that you are inferior, as evidence by your lack of knowledge of just about everything, and therefore you must compensate by pretending as if you are better than others. It's pretty obvious.

  • @nadoop I'm curious to find out, and you seem happy to tell. Please post a video response!

  • In 1957 I was working at 11 years old shagging balls for golfers in New Hampshire. Working is good but slavery is bad. I have come to the conclusion, the only way you can help another person is to stay out of there way, do not create road blocks for them.

  • Il faudrait distribuer des préservatifs à ces zoulous!

  • REGGIE!

  • they should give out free condoms and dildos lol

  • Maybe if the Catholic Church weren't so opposed to condoms...

  • My Heart G

  • The world needs to see this, exspecially people in the U.S, and Europe, etc, who live in a place were people worry about what color car to sport, or getting their hair trimmed and colored. Some people never look around to see the rest of the world dying right in front of them. No this doesn't go for all U.S, citizens etc. But I just see alot of vanity, in this fairytale state we are in, when I look at the suffering of others like this, some of it t goes on in our own country and we ignore.

  • this is so hard to watch specially during the holiday season when we spend money on gifts and children in the same planet as us dream of a day where they can go to school. i wish santa was real to give all those kids all the things they deserve

  • Only GIFT ECONOMY can save us all from exploitations - FREE WATER, FREE FOOD, FREE LAND, FREE GOLD, FREE EDUCATION, FREE HEALTH... are our real birthrights! working for free out of passion is motivating (look wikipedia). The ABUNDANCE is immediate for all 7 billion people and no manipulations are needed any more! Start GIVING --- WORK ONLY FOR FREE! no religious, no economic, no political manipulations any more

  • @gifteconomy12 hahah retard , giving out free commodities will only make things worse . Humans are animals and we obey same laws as any other living thing , misery arises from overpopulation . Those people will only keep breeding until they use up all the aid, and there will be even more souls in need of aid .

  • @sewagedweller you are what you believe that you are! There is enough land, gold, water, space... for all 7 billion people! But goods are not shared fairly - 300 families own 90% of all goods! They want us work for them in this abusive, satanic system that assure them domination! If you work for money, you work for those satanists who govern us

  • @gifteconomy12 and what do you suggest then ? we tried moneyless system and it was a disaster . Equity can reached though means of socialism : redistribution and provision of public goods ( education , environmental protection , public services etc) . Scarcity WILL always prevail , land and space is always limited . For example sustaining 10% increase in population would mean sacrificing other lifeforms and over quality of life as ecosystem degenerates.

  • @sewagedweller Equity can only be reached through GIFT ECONOMY - when people work out of PASSION7FRIENDSHIP (in the image of wikipedia linux, ubuntu...collaborators). Scarcity is created by our actual system- every years they throw rice, tomatos, fruits in the ocean- because the prizes MUST stay hight for to make the highst possible profit! The scarcity is created, my friend! Nature is inginitely generous and wants to give! They don't allow us to enjoy the abundnace! We could stop to serve them!

  • @gifteconomy12 wikipedia , is also a public good . Again pull your head out of your ass . Do you think crops are grown naturally , without barking natural flow of matter ? Fertilizers we use are produced using energy derived from carbon fuels . Without it , wouldn't be able to maintain our current numbers . So no nature is neither generous or kind . Im sure it all makes perfect sense in your head , but reality is quite different .

  • @gifteconomy12 i said it before , we tried communism and moneyless system . It failed miserably , such concepts dont work well with human incentives or our current numbers . The allocation and distribution at this point would become a pure nightmare . So go fuck yourself and eat shit , you bloody , uneducated cunt .

  • @sewagedweller

In communism as well in capitalism one HAS to pay for his water, his food, his home...

Go on RAW VEGAN FOOD - you will not need to insult any more and you will be able to think for youself. By the way you are communicating with MD, PhD! I speak and write five languages

  • @gifteconomy12 whats MD, doctor of medicine ?If that a cause i would hate to be your patient . pff so you speak five languages , how that's going to help you with understanding principles of economics ? By the way you're talking to economist, who happens to speak three languages .

  • @sewagedweller You have already got for FREE the best advice of your life - just GO ON RAW VEGAN FOOD!

    youtube: raw vegan

You don't need to be MD to understand the healings power of right alimentation and I don't need to be economist to understand the satanic conception of "our" Malthusians economic system that create scarcity for to keep people in dependence and slavery! google: saturn! mike adams!

  • @gifteconomy12 been prescribing tranquilizers to yourself ? You have a degree in medical science and yet cling to ridiculous believes . I don't see what so satanic about reality. There is no Malthusian economic system , popular view states that he was wrong and any one who agrees follows a dangerous line of though . Besides there is nothing wrong with a bit of oppression and slavery .

  • @gifteconomy12 you know after chatting with fellow communists , aka retards , i gave up most of my commie believes . So why are we talking about vegetarian diet now ? Am well aver that you need less energy to produce plants , then cattle but plants still require inputs to produce . You've done biology so you should be aware of this .

  • that's the result of incompetency of our government everybody wants a job in the government to make money to do the job well and take responsibility

  • haiti ka faire tres mal.....

  • ca ka faire ici....

  • In Haiti children are considered the poor man's riches. That is why they have so many. Oh and to those who say why not take birth control. People there live on a $1 a day . tell me how you can buy birth control on that. Plus Women have no value In Haitian society.

  • Is there easy access to birth control in Haiti?

  • Comment removed

  • third world is more like it.

    not farming economy.

  • one thing i dont understand is,

they say that haiti is a farming economy.

but ya see, when you say that your country has a farming economy, i go looking for john deere tractors, and modern first world barns and stables !

    LOL

what i find in pictures of haiti is what you see in this video.

how the hell is that a farming economy ?

  • these people are morons: gee, I'm broke: let's have 14 kids!

  • that's sad to see, I pray God changes that situation even if more fortunate ppl do not see it as their problem

  • ¤ø„¸¸„ø¤º°¨¸„ø¤º°¨ post to 3 other vids

    ¨°º¤ø„¸ Copy „ø¤º°¨ press F5 twice

    ¸„ø¤º°¨Paste ``°º¤ø„¸ OK

    ¸„ø¤º°¨¸„ø¤º°¨¨°º

  • how about a thing called birth control, these people know that they are poor..think about your kids !!!

  • The high yellow media just don't get it. It's not child slavery because the parents make a choice to let the childern go help out a more fortunate family and beside they can take their child back whenever they can. Kids have to do chores no matter where you go around the world.

  • Comment removed

  • Haiti is a good country. What do you expect to be a maid in a country which they called .."poorest country in the world".

    What do you expect?

In the U.S one of the richest country in the world, have lot of restavek and children abuse..despite all the strict law they have.

Anyway, what's the reason of posted the video.. it it gonna help Haiti get better, or try to make me as an Haitian feel bad.??

  • Why don't they post a video that details on how Haiti, one of the poorest country in the world, has to spend more money on everything the country's buying, such as oil, phone card, food, etc..

  • They not slaves...restavek!! you want to be a restavek because your parents want you too..There's no slave in Haiti.

    In ameria full of slaves.

I need help to go to Canada..please help.!

  • I don't care how reputable they might be,I put more weight on the fact that I was born and lived in Ayiti for 14 years. Life is rough for children in Ayiti period--be it with ill-equiped parents or ill-equiped caretakers. The fact that abuses occur with nonparents shouldn't be a suprise,a reality and route some parents take when faced with worst options. The extent of abuse--something they conviniently omitted so to depict Ayiti as practicing slavery--completely reflects Ayiti's soc-econ status

  • what i dont get is, why they have so many kids when they cannot take care of them! ??????????????? Haven't they learn anything

  • That's so sad, made me cried

  • having been to haiti a few times, i have seen the extreme poverty. I have never seen anything in America that can compare to it. With the exception devastation after natural disasters. Go there and find out for yourself

  • I used to work as a child restavek I hanged been molested in misery. God has gived me a vision to take care those children, I am trying working on a non-profit organization so I can help my beloved haiti. Haitians like me and others need to come together, forget about political and let take care our children because there are the future of Haiti. This system need to stop these kids have to go to school to become somebody tomorrow.

  • Hey

You were restavek? How did you become one??

You boss made you come to the U.S, or you got adopted?

  • Bullshit, GWOZO? Go hide from reality, sink your head in the sand, moron. This is a PULITZER report. Not that you know what it is, but is HIGHLY RESPECTED.

  • So fuck pulitzer center for this perverted and distorted report

  • Sure, unless they are reporting on Haitian sugar cane cutters in the DR, gowzy. Then, they're right on the money., uh?

  • The truth - Haiti's problems are endemic and deeply rooted that not one solution can solve all.On a broader scale the lack of communication and access to resources is the main cause of the human issues. The lack of a stable government to employ rules, and enforce regulations and stampede corruption is also futile. The country can rely only on fragmented non-profit organizations. In the end its only the children that hurt worse. Investors seek only their own benefit but it provides opportunity.

  • It is really sad to see that, unfortunately the government of those thirld world countries are so corrupt, they will not try to take that seriously.

  • The concept of an unable parent sending a child where life is expected to be better is not a bad idea per se;Many developed nations do this (orphan homes,etc)--but with the financial-social structural backing to make it a success. Haiti doesn't have this so things common in though times happen. Restavek shouldn't be equate to a system where people where considered chattel and nothing more

It serves as a sort of moral cleansing to them. That's their implication. This I reject. can't fool me

  • Don't try to make a parallel between slavery and social-economic hardship. The concept of an unable family sending a child to stay with someone, sometimes family member, where the child can have a better life is not the same as slavery. Granted most times the things don't pan out and the child is abused, but it's not slavery. Don't go there! The whole of Haiti is suffering.

  • Empowering women can cut drastically the number of babies the women have, which means less mouth to worry about. Some might say this is not a solution, my answer is start the long term solution now and temporary solutions take themselves. Haiti is not the only problem, all sub-sahara Africans have similar problem, a peasant who hardly make it thru the day having more babies year after year. Solution is not food aid to these poor countries, its FAMILY PLANNING, FAMILY PLANNING, & FAMILY PLANNING.

  • some of this comments are so ridiculous...i work as health educator and i am from haiti many of those people are from real rural communities and never even heard of birth control or condom and they don't have many otherways to have pleasure or leisure and many have sex with people to take care of themselves and end up being pregnant and go on to do it again to take care of the one they just got. and also not all the family treated those kids bad.

  • Most of you are indeed morons; the children nor the parents are committing any crimes; the "foster parents" are... and to justify those monsters yourselves you are no different than a person justifying a child molester, rapist, or murderer

  • if you cant take care of your kids, dont have any. PPL who make $80,000 a year dont even have half of childern as these ppl who are poor.

  • I feel you.

    That's what I always say.

  • I'm doing a research project on this topic and it helped understand more about this.

  • Very sad!

  • All haiti needs is schools and investors.

  • Good point. The thing is that, most of my fellow Haitians don't know what is good for the nation. They are too vicious to kill their own people for ''Dollars''.Haiti needs to open its door so that the tourists can go there. They need to stop the so-called dechoukay. They need to stop thinking about coming to the U.S instead of working. The idea about Living in the U.S makes everybody lazy. They need to work hard and stop waiting for the white man to do something b/c no body helped the white man

  • Nobody helped them? Surely not voluntarily, but compulsorily, yes. They always had the collonies to feed them... even "hardworking" US people had their slaves and also the natives (or were they killed?). If it were just a working problem, it would be easy. After seing this video, I got the sincere impression that the restavèks are just hardworkers. Wouln't you say so? So, why can't they have more positive expectations?

  • Sorry, I'm commenting Mr. lefonceur26's post.

  • You made a good point about us needing to repatriate with our homeland and building it, but you should've ended it there. Because the idea that no one helped the white man is silly. Free labor from in the form of our chattel slavery helped the white man. Really, there's a strong argument to be made that Ayiti is where it because all its resources is plundered from it, even still today. So think about that, and feel free to respond

  • i hear all of that, but this thing thats happen is a curse upon the tribe if levi, the Israelites whom all of our Haitian bro's are. nothing will change until we return to Yah sis. benjamin.

  • Bravo! I couldn't have said it any better.

  • They aren't just having kids, they put them to work. It's an old process, and there's much more to it. Things can go wrong suddenly, though.

Say a kid (of five) has a college fund, but is in a car crash and medical costs all the fund and then some. He or she is probably going to have to work a lot immediately and be more independent.

Say the crops fail, then how can the kids be fed?

  • Are you people that f__king dense? Birth control? They can't eat, but they have money for birth control? When you're dirt poor and have no hope for the future, there are a few simple pleasures in life, and one of them is f*$king. In their mind, they are actually doing a good deed. It's a twisted mentality, but it's rationalized quite easily. The idea is, they should be grateful. It's disgusting, and mind boggeling, but it really is a matter of perspective.

  • Who are the "they" that these kids work for? It's funny this "fair and balanced" documntary doesn't show these felons. Those "foster parents" need to be dragged out in the streets and beaten to death.

  • i agree with you

  • Americans know shit about poverty, deepcoverone i feel sorry about katrina, but this is nothing compare to the poverty in third world countries. and remember they don`t haver education, future,etc.. what the hell do you expect them to do? ahh yeah go get fat in your fucking burger king.. capitalist pieces of shit.

  • LOL - you sound much better. "Americans" dont know shit about poverty? Have you washed your brain with soap? According to you, there's no poverty in America? Move to America then! You jealous piece of shit ;)

  • Oh, Puerto Rico, that's that lazy poor country in which all of the lazy citizens refuse to do anything about their crashing economy, right? Can you see the similarities? Go back to sleep.

  • Why are you insulting him? CaguasBorin is correct. We don't know what real poverty is.

  • Holding people in impoverished and economically exploited nations to the American myth that any poor person with self-control and half a brain can avoid poverty is ignorant. People in Haiti are poor because their nation has been agriculturally and industrially used and discarded by World Superpowers, not because they are stupid and lazy.

  • perhaps some birth control...or self control..would avoid this happening

  • When poor people do not have access to sex education and contraceptives, it is very difficult for them to not have children. This is compounded by the fact poor women are more likely to be exploited as sex workers by people with power an money (this includes American tourists).

It is absurd and unfair to speak of self control when you have access to the internet and accompanying masturbatory aids (sexist pornography no doubt).

  • six are you just a fucking idiot? Perhaps self control would avoid this. They only know about the culture they are in and believe in life. For all of the anti-abortion fanatics we soon will be a third world country ourselves. These people don't even have medicine to cure simple diseases and don't even know there is something called birth control never mind how to use it.

  • See my tribute to the victims of Hurricane Katrina....there are Americans in this country still suffering. Just click on my name.

  • Amazing video! They almost act as if these children just come out of nowhere,....as if they had no control over it at all.

  • MSNILE, now that weve answered what u called the right question, lets note that the answer takes us no where. The person u ridiculed however had a valid question. If we could find out why these parents reproduce beyond their means, we might be able to stop them.

  • "why is it that the country is poor that makes the poor?" wtf i onli did that because u were hostile to the person b4 u. On any level, Everyone knows the orign of hatis poverty. The former colony, whose econmy was pre developed for international trade faced one problem: U.S./ French Embargo. Howmany years was it? ne way

  • Sterilize the mothers and castrate the obviously absent fathers. What sane person has children like puppies and then ships them off because they "can't take care" of them.

Lazy, uneducated, unmotivated and unemployed, these "parents" are the problem. The solution? See above.

  • Well mr.or ms.knowitall. it's not that simple. the question should be why is it that the country is poor that makes the poor. do a research then ask questions.

  • It is very disheartening to see what these children go through. If the family knows that they don't have enough money to support more than a couple of children, then why do they have more? They have to know ahead of time that they will not have the money to support them.

  • the poorer you are the more babies you have..almost a rule..when your poor..you need comfort some way..sex is that way

  • But what about the feeling they must get when they realize "I traded having sex for one night for my child to be a slave?" Having sex is not worth your child becoming a slave. They have to think about their kids. If their kids think the same way their parents are when they become adults, the problem will only get worse.

  • amazing

  • Nice piece, thank you.
