If you close your eyes or step away there are hints of Paramore. But at the same time they have their own style. Unfortunately Paramore laid the foundation for chick pop punk singers. So most bands in that genre will be compared to haley and paramore. i would venture to say that Paramore is an influence for Tonight Alive. If you listen to the whole album though there is a definite uniqueness.
