They should call them "cloud apps" instead of web apps because it might sound more appealing and with cloud computing going mainstream this would be a good time to introduce users to "cloud apps" which they can access from almost any device that has internet just like their documents, songs, and pictures they have saved in the cloud. Just my opinion.

Nice effort but after using it for few hours, it just doesn't feel like a native iPad app :( The Daily feels much better and smoother.
It's sad that FT, the biz geniuses, couldn't make a deal with Apple like many other publishers have.
