  • I'm pretty sure I've worked out the lyrics - its basically parts from O Fortuna:

    Sors immanis

    michi et niteris

    dorsum nudum

    fero tui sceleris

    PS. I love this song.

  • FUCKING EPIC!

  • One way of getting metal to get some airplay is to make sure the radio and TV channels see that there is a significant demand for it.

In the Netherlands the Dynamo Open Air festival was started by some metal fans in 1986, and while the biggest pop festival was boasting about 80,000 visitors in 1995 Dynamo that year had almost 120,000 visitors. After that they couldn't get a large festival ground anymore and it shrunk again, but all the pop festivals now have metal acts too.

  • Amazing!!!!!

    I love Sirenia!

  • Carl Orff - Carmina Burana - Fortuna Plango Vulnera

  • @BRNSPARKEY I suspect that the reason whyle you american don't get to see GOTHIC METAL bands like Sirenia or Draconian is that you are all poser about Metal after 1990, see Nu metal, Metalcore or whathever else shit correlated to Rap... Scandinavian power ;)

  • I totally agree most american bands can't compete with european composition

  • @MrNodown1 It's been that way since the middle ages. Look where Mozart, Beethoven, Handel, Montiverdi, and Vivaldi came from. And this is coming from an American

  • This song reminds me of tristanias "Postludium": Only a choir singing, growing stronger and stronger, after that, slowly fading.

The choir passages are one of the strengths of Morten. No matter wheather in Tristania, Sirenia or even Mortemia.

    Great song!!

  • i love sirenia!!!

  • Amazing!!!!!!

  • is this song in Armenian???

  • I love to live in Europe for more reasons ;) but our bands is one of them :)...sorry for bad english its not my native language

  • the usa has historically in music been a very closed community i love my country i love usa music but why when the usa helped to create rock would they be so bad at releasing the new ones in the states?

  • We have some great music here in the US, but it's the music the world knows, an to some extent loves. That being said, what is released now, makes me look more an more elsewhere for far better music. This comment relating mostly to metal, but not enterly to.

  • Exactly we have great artists but they are shot down in favor of rappers and such its sad. Lets go back to our glory days, We have good bands ones like operatika but they arent maknig it really sad

  • that could be true :D

Love to live in Europe for that reason :p

  • i love this song
