I was going to subscribe to this channel because of the good informative gun videos until i saw this which promotes terrorism and hatred by the common man vs the police whcih is stupid. Your just fueling the fire for some very paranoid person that will possibly now go out and mouth off and shoot a police officer. For myself, I find these videos educational and enjoyable in their presentation and thank the presenter for his efforts and time put into these videos. Not everyone in fact most are not aware (police included) of the multitude of laws they are needed to adhere to.

@josephnorth In fact, regarding Police officers, I've seen numerous videos on this site as well as others and personally witnessed Police officers who misrepresent the laws or unknowingly violate rights or laws due to a lack of knowledge (this in itself creates conflict where there should be none). Still other Police officers knowingly disregard procedure, laws, or rights if they think they can get away with it.

@josephnorth Consider; you have Federal, State and Local governments each with countless laws which their respective citizens must follow, None are going to have all this knowledge on hand if an encounter between a civilian and Officer takes place. The constitution, the bill of rights & this video support the common man which includes police, military, emergency services, etc. Fact remains each of us is responsible to safeguard our rights. If you ignorantly give them away it can be bad as is pointed out in the video.

@NerdHerderer only problem with that is in my state (VA) you cannot be represented by a court appointed lawyer if you make over a certain amount of money a year or you're in the military. I couldn't get one cause they said at the time I made too much money ($32,000). I still couldn't afford one. I got bills. They don't care. You'll be going to trial without a lawyer. Fuckers. Other than that, I totally agree with you.

PS - It's "Even if You're Innocent", not "Even If Your Innocent". "Your" is possessive, like "your Springfield XD M". "You're" is a contraction of "you are", as in "Even If You're Innocent".

Yes they try to convolute your awnsers the US Customs officers pulled me to the side because german shepard took interest in my bags. I kept my awnsers in a visual dictation recording and corrected the officer when she tried to slightly change the question when she repeated herself looking for a different awnser.

Informative vid. I've always told folk to remain silent (5th) whenever confronted by police, whatever the circumstances. And NEVER acquiesce to a search of (your vehicle, your residence, your person) without a warrant (4th), although judges these days do tend to approve warrants w/o much, if any, thought given to the given "probable cause" of such warrant.
