this song remaind me of you, always there by my side ,relax trusht me,keep the dream a live,i was falling but brough me back again, thanks yesterday i realize how much i love u company.
I remember hearing this song a lot on the radio when it came out in 1990. Come to think of it there was a lot of acoustic ballads in the late 80's/early 90's. I'd say that this song was by far the best one of 'em all!
This song is my all time favorite. Didn't know anything about lucidity and dreaming before I heard this one and read about it. It is so beautiful ... heard it first when I was on holidays in Spain in 1991. Heard it on the radio ... in Lloret de Mar, Costa Brava ... taped it and listened to it over and over. Wonderfull!!!
@rndmcfarrlane and enigma has that rush , correct ?? it helps you feel better . --these two shouldn't be compared , at all .;. but i totally understand what you are saying . \m/
I remember hearing this song as an optimistic, dreamy, sappy, love-lorn, romantic young man of 18-19 back in 1991... Hearing the song now brings back memories, and makes me feel like that young man just starting out on Life's road again... :)
@MrTeerocks I think I may know a bit of why this may be eerie. I may be wrong and have been lots of times. May I say I watch my family, friends even when they know not? Watch them, protect them I do. "I will be watching over you"........smiling next to you.
@kike63nina that was totally uncool. Dissing some of the best songwriters that ever lived to promote a song that is good, but completely different in nature. Again, not cool.
I heard this song in 2001 on the radio at work and I was HOOKED. The music just seeps slowly into your mind and took me back to a place that I will cherish in my heart forever Esteban.
One of the finest songs I have ever heard in my life,I still love this sonic masterpiece. QR are an amazing band but never quite the same without the strong contribution of the great Chris DeGarmo !
Hard to believe that thi song came out 20 years ago... dang.. I'm 40 years young and I remember doing a lot of driving to this song. driving and thinking.. gotta love Queensryche.. love the lead singer's voice.. sexy.
Nice song, this video is so early 90s though, with that fuzzy picture quality. It seems nearly all rock/pop videos of that era (my favourite none the less) from around 1989 to 1994/5 had that same look.
@joshin69 yup, you let your kids find this stuff out on their own, or maybe guide them slightly. You do not cram it down their throat. One of the best songs ever though.
do ya think when they recorded this the producer said yeah thats brilliant it doesnt sound like pink floyds comfortably numb at all?and everyone looked at each other puzzled?

great song but it was a very bad ring tone for me because it was too soft but this still is one of the best song from my teenage years in the early 90's
He died my best friend my soul mate my reason for living. Yet some how this song brings me to him as if he never left, he is still with me I can almost touch him feel him smell him every time I listen to it. Its so strong is it a play on my senses it a dream or is it just my desperate attempts to be with him again, is my mind playing tricks on me or do they come back reaching out to us comforting us in our pain? Or am I crazy, is this all a dream? Is he reaching out to me from beyond?
pretty song.for me it means a place to go where things arent so scary and i can relate to a lot of what was said in the video..i learned dream control way back in the seventies.
This song goes to my little girl, who is beautiful and I would die for without hestiation. I love that girl more than I could possibly ever express in words, thoughts or action. She is awesome! :) :) ;)
Finally!I have been meaning for what seems like ever to find this song and add it to my favorites-as I LOVE THIS SONG!I'll be thinking about it it and then something else comes up to distract me off this song and then I have been forgetting to look this song up-luckily things have been pretty slow today so I was finally able to hear 1 of my favorite QUEENSRYCHE SONGS.
