I like Sarah. She has personality and is a sharp person. I beleive she will make a great Vice President. What I don't understand is why is Obama at the top of the other ticket? Biden has much more experience in every field. Obama is young enough he should have gone in as a VIP with Hillary at the top of the ticket and then in eight years or four if the opportunity should arise would be ready.

What a wonderful debate. She was amazing. He was great. They were both so respectful and pleasant with each other. He was a gentleman. His smile is because he had the front row seat to the Sarah Palin Show. Sure, they both lied a lot and lost lots of opportunities, but it was great TV. It takes a sharp mind (understatement) to talk for 90 minutes like they did. I am very (very) partisan and believe strongly in my party's principles, but these two represented their parties well (I love parties!).

Please don't think that all caucasians are responsible for the dire position in which we find our country now, birdmaj. I am a 58 year old "white" mother and grandmother who prefers to judge people on their integrity, wisdom patience (all the good virtues, you know) and not by race. Anyway, while I am most likely older than you and prefer that curse words not be used in arguing one's point of view, I am on your side.I have been a supporter (as has my husband) since he spoke at the DNC in 2004.
