This is why madden sucks. Both times you ran the ball with Ryan Grant in your video was in the first half, both were fumbles. You had 2 user picks simply by taking control of a player and hitting "Y". And apparently Jay Cutler runs as fast as a white Mike Vick?? This franchise is absolute trash. They tried a QB vision, special blocking, and juke sticks to make it better but nothing can resurge this sorry game. Thank god its finally over.

I can't stand how when a certain team wins the super bowl. EVERYONE has 2 be that team. Maybe its cause I actually live in WI. And I like and have always liked being the Pack in a game of Madden. It just really annoys me how a few years ago nobody would touch the Pack and now they all wanna be the Pack. Basically whats going on is all those people are now what I like to call "As*Packers" lol... STOP JUMPING ON THE BANDWAGON!

I like ncaa 12 I think they try to make a good football game I haven't like Madden since the regular Xbox I will be looking at a lot of peoples reviews on Madden 12 before I buy it be in all I can't wait till 2k can start making NFL games again

@MrHurriicane I agree with you that allowing 2K to make NFL games is good for all of us because it will bring on competition for both EA and 2K to make the best possible game. After playing this Madden 12 demo, I'm actually excited for the release date and think this game will be the best Madden since 05' or 06'. As far as NBA Elite, EA knew they were getting creamed by 2K and had to make a change. I honestly believe EA will put out a solid basketball game in 2012.

@1234bonzai Lol. I believe that 2K can make any sports game better than EA can. EA is established and obviously they aren't going anywhere, but when I mean "EA is screwed" i'm targeting the Madden franchise specifically. Madden is a classic, no doubt, but I think it's abysmal knowing that NFL 2K5 can stack up with Madden 2011 and in a few weeks we'll see how Madden 2012 will play. Can you imagine if EA also bought out the NBA license? That would be dreadful.

@Smann54 Well I've played 2K's other sports games, MLB 2K and NHL 2K and they weren't very good so I'm not sure 2K can make any sports game better than EA. Definately basketball, yes. NBA Live used to be good until about 06, don't know what happened. 2K has owned EA in basketball no doubt, that's why EA had to pull the plug and start over, we'll see what happens. I hope 2K does get back into the NFL mix because it's good for competition and will only make the football games better.

@1234bonzai I think the best NBA live game was 2003 w/ J-Kidd on the cover. It's funny though, Madden started to get bad the year after they bought out the license. Regardless I've always been a 2K fan boy. Loving the NFL so much it really hurt bad playing the Madden titles after 05. It felt like my girlfriend was cheating on me with several other men. I'll never forgive Madden knowing what they put me through. I was always so excited for the next Madden.. Then disappointed, again, and again.

@Smann54 I agree the Madden titles weren't good after 06. Maybe part of it was the fact that EA bought the exclusive license but also it seems like it changed ever since they started making it for the nex-gen consoles, PS3 and Xbox360. Madden 06 came out for the PS2, Xbox, GC and 360(PS3 wasn't out yet). It received high ratings, close to a 9 for the PS2, Xbox and GC. However it was lower for the Xbox360 and from Madden 07 on for the PS3 and 360, it hasnt been the same for nex gen consoles.

Kick meter did. But I think for the demo they made kick power boosted because I was able to send kicks into the endzone with like 90 kick power, granted Mason Crosby has 99 kick power more than likely but the Punter was also a monster.

i use gameflow mainly cause im just a viewer of the sport down here in australia but i do love the game not as much as our footy but i do love the game but im not good with what play should be called here or there so i just use gameflow much easier for me :)

I should have added an exception. Gameflow is good for people new to the sport or video game. But when you advertise that as a main component to the game and you don't have something else, I think it shows lack of care and effort.

passing feels better as does rushing. the new tackling animations (over 100) so EA say feel better. i agree with you its different to Madden 11. It feels alot smoother. I cant wait for this game to arrive. Go Lions!

If Cutler didn't jack up his knee in seattle, they put in the 3rd string starter in a few minutes sooner, they didn't let the pack win in week 17, the packers didn't sneak into the playoffs by the hair of their chinny chin chin, or 15 other scenarios they would have been in the superbowl. The Bears are a very good team and the fact you say they aren't probably means your a division rival or dont watch much football. Im a falcons fan, but I love the Bears, #2 team

What's wrong with game flow? I use it most of the time and like it. I make some adjustments to the plays most of the time but nothing major. It usually gives me a pretty good play.

I'm a big 2k fan but I grew to love Madden and then I grew to hate it. The last good madden in my opinion was 09, I tolerated 10, and fuck 11. I returned that the day I bought it.

All honesty I just want a good game 2k or Madden I don't care. I feel as though EA has been cheating it consumers the past few years.

A great way to get your channel more views is to do a fantasy draft on franchise mode in madden 12

wtf, the point of the potential rating is that you don't fully know how good the player is until you unlock more ratings so you won't know immediately how good an overhyped or underrated rookie is.

The potential rating kept my rookie QB from any attribute increases in a season where he started 16 games.

To me potential is not a letter or an attribute. All that should matter is the sum of in-game performance and improvement. If I have a 60 overall running back and he runs for 1200 yards, his ball carrier vision better be rated higher, his carrying should increase, and in the offseason he could possibly gain a couple points for acceleration.
