There is no need to commit spiritual suicide by annihilating the self. The self is eternal and real. It is all disclosed by the Source of All in the Vedic literature. The Bhagavad Gita is transcendental sound vibration which describes the nature of the eternal individual selves -jiva swaroop. You have to approach real authorities in the subject matter of the 'atma'. Verbalization without reference to the Vedic parameters are dangerous. Read the Gita verse 15.6 to answer who you are.
english is not my mother language so i have difficulties to transcript few words of the last sentence : "... If u do not use urs thoughts, memory, emotions, associations, perceptions, no ....(what?) no state (what?) ...of the I am.
Anyone could help plz? thx for sharing those videos
@riseofwind "...the none-verbal I am". Fix on the 'I am' without the words, i.e. the knowledge 'I am'. This is meditating on pure consciousness, no objects.
there is no need to stop it, just dont pay any energy to it. let it pass. as soon as you dont give it energy it has no power. this is a difficult thing to do but anything that HAS power, is because u give it that.
the "I am" is. with or without expierence, i wonder if u follow ; )
I am is there without a body, because if you are able to not give any energy to every instrument u have every used inside this body which makes up your reality on earth.. you will be in a stateless state, the "I am", the only question is: can the perciever be percieved? can the "I am"ness be seen, the one that knows "I am"... see Mooji's video: "there is a mini-mooji in my head"
So simple... it is we who make it complex. Evereything you've been told is a lie... everything you believe is a lie... everything you think you know is a lie... memories are just bin liners full of garbage...
I know, it's rather "tricky' but if you get to the point of achieving the non verbal "I am" then you don't answer the questions at all. In the no state state you might have a mini awakening as you would in tackling a Zen Koan.
Naturally, the mind uses perceptions and memories as interpretations, but the Enquiry is your essential Being is not a concept, neither perception, neither memory or body.
