  • I am busy with the electronics and hope to post a new video soon. i dont have much experience in electronics and struggle to make it run with a transistor. the only way i have managed is with a reed switch which is not really an option because it burns and becomes unusable... any ideas????

    It is useless to make "magnetic bearings" for a motor if one puts a load on the motor, and a motor is useless if one does not put a load on it.

  • There is a load on the motor. It's laying sideways. Aluminum is not very heavy but it is a load none the less.

    There is only a load of any significance when it's accelerating, and virtually none whilst coasting
