@TheAhan2407 Here's how I look at it, remember the protocols in place for Sheldon getting sick? I would suspect he has a few favourite pranks he's tried in the past, and others he's discussed. I'm willing to believe, being the kind of advanced planning people the main characters are, that there was a special set of run-downs for Bernadette just to counter-prank him.
